Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at ojasyaveda@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Order: If the wrong product was shipped to you, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return and send you the correct product.
Unopened, Unused Products: Products that are unopened and unused can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
